I have been a Massage Therapist for 30 years now. I adore how I make my living! I am blessed by all of you, and I am grateful to each of you!
Helping others to live greater functioning lives mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually is my life’s joy.
I am extremely grateful for all the connection and healing my life’s work and my clients have brought to me.
Over the 30 years I have incorporated many modalities into my hands on practice. Some of my favorites are Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Cupping, and Qua Cha. And I am willing to learn more and try most anything to give you relief.

Christina
Hi, I’m Christina.
I have been a Massage Therapist since I was 19 years old.
Massage came naturally even as a kid when I helped my mom and other family members to be free from headaches and neckaches created by the stress in their lives. Community and fellowship have always been important to me.
I am excited to be a part of the Zen Den Family and meeting you very soon. Some of the highlights of my career to date include. Founding and operating a medical massage practice, specializing in neck and back pain. Providing professional services to athletes, including the Spurs during pre-season. Developed and managed a PregnaCare program to support prenatal clients. Served as ambassador for the Stone Oak Business Association. Volunteered for 24 years on the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Family Fair Committee.
Having been a Massage Therapist for the past 34 years I have integrated a myriad of techniques and specialized training into my practice. A few of the practices I lean on heavily are: Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Soft Tissue mobilization, Professional Ethics, Pain management, and Therapeutic massage.
I hope this gives you a small sense of trust in my abilities to give you relief from your physical stress and tightness. I am also blessed to be funny and a bit quirky and I have a heart wanting only the best for you. Your mind, body and soul will thank you!

Zoey
My name is Zoey, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 11 years and a Licensed Esthetician for 9 years in the state of Texas. Throughout my career in the spa industry, I have continued my education through higher learning at several different universities. I received my Associates Degree in Science at NVC, and my Bachelors and Masters in Oriental Medicine at Texas Health and Science University. My goal with higher education is to advance my practice and grow my knowledge of complementary and alternative medicine to better help my clientele. Previously, I worked in several different high end resort spas around San Antonio and Boerne, but for the last four years the majority of my time has been raising my three little children. Now that all my children are in school, I am ready to re-introduce myself into the spa world. I am really looking forward to helping people in Boerne again improve their quality of life through massage and complementary modalities.

My name is Brenda. I began my journey as a massage therapist three years ago. Since my start, I've discovered such a love, deep passion and appreciation for massage therapy. Through my experience and education in massage therapy, I enjoy helping clients to destress, offer pain relief, and restore mobility. I not only enjoy helping my clients achieve overall wellness and education in this field, but also strive to build lifelong knowledge and connections through my work. The modalities I currently use in my work are therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, trigger point, myofascial release, hot stone and cupping. There is so much growth and benefits to massage therapy that I will always want to learn more. Most importantly, I want to offer a safe and compassionate space for healing and overall well-being.

My journey into massage therapy began over 23 years ago, and from the very beginning, I knew this work was more than a career for me, it was a calling. I have always been drawn to helping people feel better in their bodies, whether that means easing pain, calming the nervous system, improving movement, or simply creating a safe space where someone can finally exhale.
Over the years, my work has grown into a blend of therapeutic skill, intuition, and genuine care. I specialize in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, pain relief, and corrective bodywork, but I also believe that every session should feel nurturing, grounded, and personal. No two people come in with the same story, stress, or pain pattern, so I take time to listen, assess, and customize each massage to what your body truly needs that day.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m someone who values connection, faith, healing, growth, and resilience. Life has taught me that we all carry stress in different ways…physically, emotionally, and energetically, and massage can be a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself.
My goal is for every client to feel cared for, respected, and deeply restored. Whether you are coming in for chronic pain, muscle tension, stress relief, or just a quiet moment to reset, I’m honored to be part of your wellness journey.
