Lynn

I tell my Grandkids; I am older than dirt!

I have been a Massage Therapist for 30 years now. I adore how I make my living! I am blessed by all of you, and I am grateful to each of you!

Helping others to live greater functioning lives mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually is my life’s joy.

I am extremely grateful for all the connection and healing my life’s work and my clients have brought to me.

Over the 30 years I have incorporated many modalities into my hands on practice.  Some of my favorites are Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Cupping, and Qua Cha. And I am willing to learn more and try most anything to give you relief.

I want to personally invite you to come to the Zen Den and experience our loving, hands on, caring therapies.

I promise you will be amazed and delighted at the results!

Thanks Lynn

Jane-Alice

I have been a massage therapist since 2000. I have a passion for learning about massage therapy and for helping people feel healthier in their bodies through massage therapy. Massage is some of the most fulfilling work I have done in my life so far and I would love to share this with you. I have well-rounded experience working with relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage techniques, including working with injuries and post surgery rehabilitation. My priority is to listen to you and customize each massage to fit your specific needs.

Zoey

My name is Zoey, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 11 years and a Licensed Esthetician for 9 years in the state of Texas. Throughout my career in the spa industry, I have continued my education through higher learning at several different universities. I received my Associates Degree in Science at NVC, and my Bachelors and Masters in Oriental Medicine at Texas Health and Science University. My goal with higher education is to advance my practice and grow my knowledge of complementary and alternative medicine to better help my clientele. Previously, I worked in several different high end resort spas around San Antonio and Boerne, but for the last four years the majority of my time has been raising my three little children. Now that all my children are in school, I am ready to re-introduce myself into the spa world. I am really looking forward to helping people in Boerne again improve their quality of life through massage and complementary modalities.

Brenda

My name is Brenda. I began my journey as a massage therapist three years ago. Since my start, I've discovered such a love, deep passion and appreciation for massage therapy. Through my experience and education in massage therapy, I enjoy helping clients to destress, offer pain relief, and restore mobility. I not only enjoy helping my clients achieve overall wellness and education in this field, but also strive to build lifelong knowledge and connections through my work. The modalities I currently use in my work are therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, trigger point, myofascial release, hot stone and cupping. There is so much growth and benefits to massage therapy that I will always want to learn more. Most importantly, I want to offer a safe and compassionate space for healing and overall well-being.

Natalie

I bring a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and healing into every bodywork session. Having played competitive sports throughout my younger years, I developed a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and recovers, as well as the importance of proper mobility, flexibility, and balance.

I have proudly owned and operated my own Sports Massage Therapist business for over 16 years. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuing education to better support my clients' long-term wellness goals.

I specialize in Stretch Therapy, therapeutic stretching, and Reflexology, with additional training in Graston Technique and Fire Cupping. This allows me to create customized sessions focused on improving mobility, reducing tension, and restoring overall function. My approach blends targeted stretching techniques with reflexology and restorative bodywork to support recovery, performance, and relaxation.

Whether you are an athlete looking to improve movement or someone seeking relief through guided stretching and reflexology, I look forward to supporting your body's ability to move and feel its best.
